Return Policy for Number Plates
We have a 30-day return policy for number plates, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The number plates must be in the same condition that you received them.
- Unused and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
However, if the number plate has been made as per your order (personalised with your specific registration and/or design), we cannot accept returns as these products are customised and made specifically for you, unless the item is damaged, defective, or made incorrectly.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@numberplatesnextday.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the number plates are defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products: such as special or personalised number plates.
- Perishable goods: like food, flowers, or plants.
- Personal care goods: like beauty products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us for clarification.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
